Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026. These terms are between you (the business) and Nic Reid ("we"), 5217 Manitu Ct SW, Lilburn, GA 30047.
The service
For $25 per month we host your website, keep it secure (https), maintain its search-engine setup, and make reasonable content updates you request (for example hours, services, prices, photos and announcements). Larger redesigns or new features may be quoted separately, and only with your approval.
Billing
You're billed $25 each month through Stripe starting on the day you sign up. There's no setup fee and no minimum term.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically over the following days and emails you a secure link to update your card. If payment still can't be collected after those retries, your site is paused and shows a "temporarily unavailable" page. Everything is saved, and the site returns within minutes once payment is made.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. No partial-month refunds, except where required by law.
Your content
Your business name, logo, text and photos you provide remain yours. Stock photos on the site are licensed from Unsplash. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your site's files on request.
Your domain
You keep ownership of your domain name. We'll help you point it to your new site; you can point it elsewhere whenever you like.
Accuracy
We build your site from information you've published or given us. Please tell us if anything needs correcting and we'll fix it promptly.
Limits
We work to keep your site online and fast but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular search rankings. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the prior three months.
